The employee provides information about his or her current state of health along with goals. Together, the coach and employee discuss and agree on a primary goal.

The employee records progress through a personal Activity Log and Journal online any time 24/7 which the coach can review and make comments, providing feedback, information and encouragement when online. The coach and employee can also interact by email or chat online through instant messaging.
